How do I receive trade terms?
Send a short enquiry. After a personal review, you will receive your offer. No account is required and an enquiry does not place an order.
How do I start with the collection?
The starter pack contains twelve jars, two of each variety. The minimum first order is twelve jars. Other variety combinations and reorders are discussed in your offer.
How do payment and delivery work?
First orders are paid in advance. We confirm the available payment methods in your personal offer. In-stock goods are usually delivered within Switzerland in 3–5 working days after order acceptance and confirmed payment, with PostPac Economy.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping and packaging within Switzerland: CHF 12.90 excl. VAT per standard parcel up to 10 kg. Larger or multiple-parcel deliveries are quoted individually.
What remaining shelf life is assured?
At delivery, at least 14 months of shelf life remain. Total shelf life is 18 months; please follow the best-before date and storage instructions on the jar.
